It Is So Hot!!!

Dear boys and girls,

The weather feels so hot outside!  I hope you have a way to keep cool in this heat!  It is important to drink a lot of water when it is hot outside.  Remember to wear sunscreen if you are going to be outside.  I got a little burned from being outside yesterday.

A few days ago we went to a different dog park up in Keizer.  It was very nice, but the really fun thing is that I saw a brand new park across the way called "The Big Toy", at Keizer Rapids Park  It looked like a lot of fun!



When I was little it seems like all the parks were the same, with a slide, a swing, a merry go round, and a set of monkey bars.



I also remember how hot the slide and monkey bars got when it is so hot outside.  OW!

Anyhow, I hope you are having fun away from school.  I feel almost ready to come back now.  I miss all of you!

Hello Summer!

Dear boys and girls,

Summer is fun but I miss you all!  Have you been enjoying your time away from school?  Every morning Mr. Prowse and I take our dogs Cruzer and Lucy to the dog park.  They LOVE to run around and play with other dogs.  Every afternoon I have been taking a nap.  That's nice when we have time to rest!

I spent a few days at school cleaning out the classroom and putting things away.  Wow, it sure looks different with all the furniture moved out!  Mr. Robb moves all the furniture out of the classrooms so that the carpets can be cleaned.

It's time for me to go make dinner now.  We are having spaghetti, one of my favorites!  Do you like spaghetti?  Have a good week!
