Dear boys and girls,
Today is Friday, June 27, 2014. I hope you are having a wonderful summer so far! I have been visiting my dad. We are having a big birthday party for him on Sunday. He will be turning 70 years old! We will have really yummy food and three different kinds of cake! It is fun to see family that you don't get to see very often.
Have you done a few pages of your homework packet yet? I hope you can do some so you don't forget what you learned in kindergarten! There are also some links to websites with learning games toward the top right side of this page. Also don't forget to visit the library if you can. They are having lots of fun events at the library!

I miss you already! We go to the library. We are doing a summer reading program. I am excited because we can get a prize tomorrow for reading 10 days. I have been very sick and can only eat a few things. But, I am starting to feel better now.

We had a very fun day at Summer CAP yesterday! We made a little raft out of sticks and I will be taking it home Monday.
I hope you are having a fun time visiting your family. I will be visiting my family in Christmas Valley for the Fourth of July. What will you be doing for the Fourth of July?

Happy Birthday to your dad and this is Sunday! I have been doing my homework and I miss you and you give good hugs. I wish I could stay in class everyday with you. I've been watching Funniest Home videos and other things I like to watch. I went to Redmond to see my cousins and we put the sprinkler under their new trampoline.

I responded to your messages from my phone while I was on vacation, but when I looked at it on my computer, I don't see them at all! I hope you may have gotten them, but if you didn't I wanted you to know that I was not ignoring you!
Gabriel...I'm so sorry you have been sick! I hope you are feeling lots better now! I'm glad you go to the library, it is such a fun place! Did you get your prize for reading so much? Keep up the great work!
Carsyn...It sounds like summer CAP is very fun! I want to make some art projects too! I hope you had a really nice trip to Christmas Valley. That sounds like a fun place!
Nathan...That is so nice of you to wish my dad a Happy Birthday! I told him, and he said, "Thank you!" I also told him how wonderful all the kids in Periwinkle kindergarten are fabulous! Now you guys are going to be fabulous first graders! A sprinkler under a trampoline is something I have never seen...it sounds like fun on a hot day!
Leneah...Good for you doing some of your homework! Knowing what a hard worker you are, I'll bet you would work on the whole thing right now!! I hope you had fun on the fourth of July!
